To prepare your deed poll we collect your name, date of birth, address, email and, if applicable, your child's name and date of birth. We also retain order metadata (order reference, payment reference, status).

How we use it

We use your information solely to: draft and deliver your deed poll, send order confirmations, provide customer support, archive copies for future retrieval, and comply with our legal obligations.

Storage and retention

Deed poll documents and order data are stored securely for the lifetime of the service so we can supply replacement copies. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us — we'll process the request within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. We use processors only where necessary (e.g. payments, email delivery, hosting), all bound by data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict and delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
