By placing an order with iDeedPoll Ltd you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your application.

The service

We provide professionally drafted unenrolled deed polls. iDeedPoll is not a government service. You may create your own deed poll at no cost if you wish.

Pricing

The price for a deed poll is £15, which includes up to 5 certified copies and lifetime digital archiving. Print delivery is included for print orders; combining digital and print is £18.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. We draft your deed poll exactly as supplied. If you spot an error after submission please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation & refunds

Because the deed poll is generated and delivered instantly, you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 once we begin preparing your document. Refunds are not available once your deed poll has been issued.

Liability

Our deed polls are drafted using standard UK legal wording. While they are accepted by all major UK organisations, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every foreign authority. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
